Everyone knows great gardens don’t just grow overnight. They take continued care and nurture to produce a garden you can be proud of. Many gardens we visit have just got out of hand and need only a little work to bring them back in line. Out month to month garden maintenance guides should give you some ideas of what to do, how to do it and when best to do it.
So, what should you be doing in the garden this month?
Every month we post on our Facebook pages a list of essential garden maintenance jobs for the coming months. If you can get out for even just 4 or 5 hours per week, then you should be able to keep on top of the jobs as the pop up. Don’t leave them all to the end of each month, as it gets rushed and takes away any pleasure. If you think we’ve missed off any jobs for a particular month, then PLEASE let us know, we will add it with a “thanks to Lucy from Swaffham” comment aside each great piece of advice.
